About This Project

OBJECTIVE

Andrew McCormick, a Real Estate Agent in the Greater Toronto Area, was looking for an identity with a professional and contemporary aesthetic. The colour scheme needed to compliment the colours of the Royal LePage brand as the two would often sit next to one another. The solution also needed to appeal to a wide variety of clients buying and selling a range of properties, as well as be able to carry potential for brand growth.

SOLUTION

The wordmark references classic art deco style with a contemporary customization. In doing so, it appeals to a broad audience and establishes a refined brand presence. The colour palette of silver, black, grey and white supports the brand’s polished elegance and professionalism.Unlike the vast majority of real estate materials, this design strives for a sense of spaciousness, leaving plenty of rest areas for the eye. This airiness elevates the brand as well as encourages the user to spend more time with the materials. Asymmetrical balance gives layouts energy and dynamism, highlighting the best features of the home and thereby supporting the value of the property. Finally, a set of icons depicting home features provides the potential buyer with a means to quickly assess the suitability of the home.
